3. Text Messages (SMS) & Calls

When you book with us or give us your mobile number, you agree that we may call or text you about your reservation — for example booking confirmations, driver arrival details, flight or pickup changes, and receipts. These are service messages related to your trip.

• Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply.
• You can reply STOP to stop text messages at any time, or HELP for help. If you opt out, we may not be able to send driver updates for an upcoming ride.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

4. Payments & Security

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. Your card details are sent directly to the processor over an encrypted connection. GalvestonAirportLimos does not store or have access to your full credit or debit card number. The payment processor handles your information under its own privacy policy. We accept Visa, American Express and Discover.

5. How We Share Information

We share only the information needed to provide your service:

• Chauffeurs and affiliated operators — your name, phone number, pickup details and flight or cruise information so they can complete your ride.
• Service providers — payment processors, website hosting, booking and form tools, email and SMS providers, and analytics providers who work for us and may use the information only to provide their services.
• Legal reasons — when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, drivers, the public or our business.
• Business transfer — if our business is sold or merged, customer information may be transferred to the new owner under this policy.
