What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. For urgent changes, please call us directly at (346) 786-0222.
Do you charge extra for late-night or early-morning pickups?
No. Our rates are flat and fully transparent — no surge pricing, no late-night fees. The price you see is the price you pay, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Are tolls and parking fees included in the rate?
Toll charges and airport parking fees are not included in the base rate and will be added to your final invoice. All such charges are communicated clearly before your ride — no surprises.
